problem editing (uploading) profile pic

hi. after several attempts of changing my profile pic, i am still unsuccessful. the image size is less than 50kb and i can actually see it as my profile pic in my personal cp but not when i am browsing the forums. or is this normal?
when i have selected the file, and clicked on save changes, it says problem with upload of file.
help please. thanks.

Does dimention of picture is approriate ? It sould be max 120 by 120 pixels .

i thought it was 200x200 so i reduced it to 200x160. (it is only 15kb though). i'll try to reduce it and see if it makes a difference.

reduced it to 120x90 and still said: upload of file failed

it is in jpg.

i've just clicked on my avatar (even though it says no avatar) and once i'm in my cp, it shows properly! strange...

furna, if u click on my avatar and when u are in my cp, can u actually see my profile pic? the picture on the left, and not on the right.

but it is possible to see your pic inside the avatar section (a fighter)

i asked this question previously but i'll ask again. if you are browsing a thread where in you posted something on that thread, do u see your own avatar?
that's what confuses me. like you, i can also see my avatar when i am inside my cp but when browsing thru the threads, it says no avatar!
